If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our proprietary tools, dashboard, or collaboration services. Permission is granted to temporarily access the Diosc Solutions dashboard for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing or for authorized business collaboration only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

You agree not to use the platform to upload malicious code, engage in fraudulent activities, or disrupt the ecosystem's integrity. Diosc Solutions reserves the right to terminate access immediately for any violation of professional conduct.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Diosc Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if Diosc Solutions has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diosc Solutions operates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
